Jorge Lledías - Investment Analyst

Jorge Lledías is a Financial Analyst at JC Marlin Capital with a focus on credit and special situations investment. He is involved in the analysis and structuring of strategic transactions across distressed debt, hospitality asset acquisitions and renewable energy project financing, contributing to investment evaluation through financial modelling, scenario analysis and due diligence.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Analytics (English track) from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), complemented by international academic experience at Fordham University (New York) and the London School of Economics (LSE). Prior to joining JC Marlin Capital, Mr. Lledías founded ParkNest, building a self-funded, debt-free business model from scratch and leading the company to the national finals of the Junior Achievement Foundation's programme.

Mr. Lledías has contributed to the development of investment presentations and research materials, supporting the firm's deal origination and portfolio monitoring activities. His work combines rigorous quantitative analysis with an understanding of the strategic and operational context of each asset.
